The firm operates through various strategic business units, which own and operate several successful brands, and real asset investment holdings. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Investment Thesis
We currently invest in commercial real estate which includes performing assets with considerable upside, as well as joint-venture development projects with highly experienced operating partners. Asset classes of particular interest are: general and business aviation, self-storage, hotel-hospitality, and creative multi-family projects. We may additionally have interest in companies that have at least $1 million of earnings in the most recent trailing 12-month period, and are on high growth trajectories. These companies must also have a competent organizational structure and highly experienced leadership in place.
